Lake District World Heritage Bid - Invitation

Cumbria intends to submit a bid for World Heritage Status and the draft nomination document will be available online at the end of September.  Four weeks on from publishing the draft online the Lake District World Heritage Project team will hold an open meeting in Kendal on the afternoon of the 26th October to explain the document in more detail and give people an opportunity to talk to some of the team who have put it together over the last 2 years.

Abolition of the Commons Commissioners
