Conferences and AGM
The seventh AGM and conference of the Federation was held at the CREA conference rooms at Redhills, Penirth on Friday 27th February 2009. A good turnout of over sixty members and guests attended. The guest speakers were Dr Ian Mercer who spoke on the subject of Commons Councils in Devon and how they worked together with Julia Aglionby who updated everyone on her work regarding the forming of a Commons Council in Cumbria. At the Committee meeting following the Conference Harry Hutchinson was again elected Chairman of the Federation.
